Menu Plan Monday

Back to regularly scheduled blogging….

Monday:

B: waffles with peanut butter, hot chocolate

L: PB&J, berries, wheat pretzles, nilla wafers and water

D:  Subway : )

Tuesday:

B: Vanilla Muffins (recipe to follow), sliced fruit, yogurt

L: turkey sandwich, pretzles, cheese squares, apples

D:Pot Roast, potatoes, green beans

Wednesday:

B: Eggs and cheese, whole wheat toast

L: Homemade Lunchable (sliced turkey, cheese, ww crackers), fruit, cookie

D: Zuchinni Pasta, salad, breadsticks

Thursday:

B: pancakes and bacon

L: BLT's, chips, carrots, go-gurt

D: Homemade Chicken Soup, big salad, biscuits

Friday:

B: cereal with milk

L: Boys- hot lunch, Kate- Chicken soup, grapes, crackers

D: Out to dinner

Saturday:

B: waffles with strawberries and whipped cream

L:  Out

D:  homemade pizza, cesar salad.

Vanilla Muffins

4 cups flour

1 Tbsp. baking powder

2 cups sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup melted butter

1 T. vanilla extract

Combine ingredients and divide into prepared muffin pans.  Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.  Makes 24 muffins!

  1. Just made the vanilla muffins, in fact I am chewing one as I am typing. YUM YUM YUMMY. Can’t wait until the kids get home so I can get their opinion. Where did you find this recipe?
