A vexing question

This, sadly, is how my mind works.  And I don’t want to ask my sweet brilliant engineer of a husband, because he would give me the correct and very long answer.  I just want to know how?  Why?  Who?  Ok, here is my burning question….

Why do the soap and water stay in when there are so many dang holes in the bottom of the washer?

  1. Because they are being plugged on the underside by the missing socks… 🙂
I want to know why the water heater breaks during the morning shower on a Sunday trying to get ready for church. Brrr.

  2. I like Teresa’s answer! I was going to say that I have no idea, and I’d never really thought about it before. I’ll bet you do a lot of laundry though, so I can see why you’d think of that. 😉

  4. I’m guessing because the jiggity-thing sits in a tub that it does the whorly-whoosh around inside of, and the tub has a drain at the bottom of it that opens and closes according the wash cycle.
Sorry for all the high-tech jargon. Jiggity.

  5. See, that is why I come to you all. ALL THE SOCKS- that makes sense. And sorry about your water heater- at least it is hotter then poop right now. And Dr. M- I am sorry, but I cannot understand all your high falutin’ (sp??) lingo. But I am getting jiggy with is. Makes sense to me.
