Bradbury Burritos

I should actually ask Amy or Meg, my sisters, who this originally came from.  I know it was not started in our family, but this was a specialty of my Dad’s and I have ALWAYS loved them.  Simple, not spicy, my kids adore them.  So without further ado…

Bradbury Burritos

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 can refried beans

2 cups cheddar cheese

large burrito size tortillas

oil for frying

Brown ground beef and drain.  Mix with beans.  Lay out tortillas, and on one side, put a row of beef and bean mixture then add cheese on top.  Roll.  Place in hot skillet with oil in it with the seam side down.  Turn when golden brown to the other side.  Place in oven to keep  warm, continue till tortillas and meat are gone.  Serve with sour cream and salsa or taco sauce.  Or not to gross you out, I always ate them with sour cream and ketchup- and I still do.
